You may be asked to grant remote access to your computer or systems. By doing so, you consent to us accessing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting your system within agreed boundaries. We will not access your files or data unless necessary and with your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

PC Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or system damage. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may use third-party services (e.g., Zoom) to deliver support. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by their terms and policies.
